Sudan faces one of the world's most severe humanitarian crises, driven by ongoing conflict, economic instability, and environmental factors. This study examines the socioeconomic and health challenges affecting displaced populations using a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. Findings indicate that 70% of displaced individuals lack access to healthcare, 45% experience severe food insecurity, and 60% live in inadequate housing. Additionally, 40% exhibit symptoms of anxiety and PTSD due to prolonged displacement. The research highlights the urgent need for integrated health services, targeted economic support, and improved humanitarian coordination. Sustainable policy solutions, including livelihood programs, mental health interventions, and enhanced WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) inf rastructure, are critical for long-term stability and resilience among displaced Sudanese populations.
